Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of RAWFRAME. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Nothing in these Terms removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.

RAWFRAME is an AI image-generation service. You choose one of our scenes, upload reference photos of the people who should appear in it, pick a quality level, and we generate a single vertical image.

Generation is probabilistic. The same scene and the same photo will not produce the same image twice, likeness accuracy varies, and we cannot guarantee that any particular result matches what you had in mind. We also make no claim that a generated image is unique — another customer using the same scene may receive a visually similar result.

You must be old enough to enter into a contract where you live, and you must use RAWFRAME lawfully. An account is personal to you and you are responsible for what happens under it.

You may only upload photos of people whose likeness you own or have permission to use. You confirm this before your first upload, and it applies to every upload afterwards.

Uploading photos of someone who has not agreed — including public figures — is not permitted. Neither is using RAWFRAME to create material that is unlawful, sexual content involving minors, content designed to deceive or defame, or anything impersonating a real person for fraud.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this, and we may do so without notice where the breach involves consent or unlawful content.

Images you generate are yours, including for commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your results, and we do not need a licence to them beyond what is technically required to create, store and deliver them to you.

Our scenes, the example images, the prompts and instructions behind them, and the software itself remain RAWFRAME’s property. You receive the image you generated — not the scene definition that produced it, which we do not disclose.

Generating consumes credits. The cost of a generation depends on the scene type and the quality you select, and the exact price is shown to you before you confirm. The price applied is the one in force at the moment of your request.

Credits come in three kinds, and they behave differently:

• Free trial credits — 5 credits, granted once to an eligible new account.
• Plan credits — issued monthly with a subscription, subject to a rollover cap, and they expire when the plan ends.
• Purchased credits — bought as a one-time pack. These never expire and survive cancellation.

When you generate, we spend free trial credits first, then plan credits, then purchased credits — so the credits that would otherwise expire are used before the ones you bought outright.

Core includes 400 credits per month, with unused plan credits rolling over up to 1,000. Studio includes 1,500 credits per month, rolling over up to 6,000. Current prices are shown on the pricing page.

Annual plans are paid in full at the start of the year, but credits are still issued monthly — one month’s allowance at a time, twelve times across the year. You do not receive a year’s credits as a single up-front balance. Each month’s allowance is subject to the same rollover cap.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access, and keep receiving your monthly credit allowance, until the end of the period you have already paid for. An annual plan continues issuing monthly credits for the remainder of that paid year.

If a renewal payment fails, your existing credits keep working while your payment provider retries. New monthly allowances are withheld until payment succeeds.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Changing or cancelling a plan is done from Billing.

New accounts may receive 5 promotional credits once. Eligibility is assessed per device rather than per email address, using the pseudonymised signals described in our Privacy Policy. This is deliberate: it stops the same person claiming the offer repeatedly by creating new accounts.

An account that is not eligible still works normally — it simply begins with no free credits. Attempting to circumvent these controls is a breach of these terms.

Credits are returned automatically when a generation fails on our side or at our AI provider. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms. We aim to keep RAWFRAME running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We may change, suspend or withdraw scenes and features, and we may perform maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable.

Where a generation fails for a technical reason, the remedy is the return of the credits it consumed. This does not limit any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion removes your photos, generated images and saved faces, and stops any plan from renewing. It does not by itself refund a period you have already paid for.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we do so for a reason other than a serious breach, we will refund any unused portion of a paid period.

We may update these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights we will give notice before it takes effect, and the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
