Refund & Credit Policy
How credits work, when they expire, and when we refund.

The three kinds of credit
Free trial credits — 5 credits, granted once to eligible new accounts. Enough for one Low quality Solo or Girlfriend generation.
Plan credits — included monthly with Core (400 per month) or Studio (1,500 per month). Unused ones roll over up to your plan’s cap (1,000 for Core, 6,000 for Studio) and expire when your plan ends.
Purchased credits — bought as a one-time pack. These never expire and stay with you even if you cancel your plan.
Which credits are used first
We spend free trial credits first, then plan credits, then purchased credits. This is deliberate: it uses up the credits that would otherwise expire and protects the ones you paid for outright.
Automatic refunds
Your credits are returned automatically, without you asking, when:
- our AI provider fails or times out
- the generation fails for a technical reason on our side
- we cannot store or deliver the finished image
Returned credits go back to the same kind they came from — plan credits stay plan credits, purchased credits stay purchased.
Results you are unhappy with
AI generation is variable. A result that worked technically but that you simply do not like is not automatically refunded.
Use Report a problem on the result. If the likeness is clearly wrong or the image is broken, we will usually refund it — a real person reviews these.
Failed uploads
If a photo is rejected before generating — no clear face, unsupported file — you are never charged. Credits are only committed once generation actually starts.
Subscriptions
Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep access, and your monthly credit grants, until the end of the period you have already paid for. Annual plans keep granting credits monthly for the remainder of the year — an annual plan is paid up front, but the credits arrive one month at a time, not as a single yearly balance.
When a plan finally ends, remaining plan credits expire. Purchased credits do not.
Manage everything from Billing.
Credit top-ups
Top-up packs are one-time purchases of digital credits, separate from any subscription. They are added to your balance as soon as payment completes, never expire, and are not tied to a billing period.
Because the credits are delivered immediately, a top-up is treated as performed on purchase. See your withdrawal rights below.
Payment problems
If a payment fails, your existing credits keep working while we retry. You just will not receive new monthly credits until the payment succeeds.
Your right to withdraw (EU/EEA and UK consumers)
Consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content and digital services that right can end once performance has begun with your express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose it.
In practice: credits already spent on a completed generation have been consumed and cannot be returned. An unused top-up, or a subscription period you have not drawn credits from, is a different case and we will look at it on its merits.
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us. Nothing in this policy removes a right you have under mandatory consumer law.
